At BrowseBuy, we pride ourselves on providing a personalized, efficient service to our Cape Town community. Unlike large international platforms, we handle all pickups and deliveries ourselves, ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining the highest quality standards.
For Sellers: Free Pickup Service

•Currently serving Cape Town
•Plans to expand to additional cities in the near future
How It Works
1.Schedule a Pickup: Complete our online form to request a collection of your pre-loved items
2.Confirmation: We’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your pickup date and time window
3.Preparation: Have your items clean, folded, and ready for collection
4.Pickup: Our BrowseBuy representative will arrive during the scheduled window to collect your items
Pickup Schedule
•Available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm
•Saturday pickups available from 9am-1pm
•No pickups on Sundays or public holidays
Minimum Requirements
•Minimum of 10 items required for our free pickup service
Cost
•FREE – There is no charge for our pickup service
Cancellation Policy
•Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a pickup
•Repeated cancellations may affect future pickup scheduling
For Buyers: Local Delivery Service

•Currently delivering throughout Cape Town
•Specific delivery zones and estimated times:
•Blaauberg area: Same-day or next-day delivery
•Northern Suburbs: 1-2 business days
•Southern Suburbs: 1-2 business days
•City Bowl: 1-2 business days
•Atlantic Seaboard: 1-2 business days
Delivery Schedule
•Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 9am-7pm
•Saturday deliveries available from 9am-7pm
•No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays
Delivery Costs
•Flat R40 delivery fee
Delivery Timeframes
•Most orders are delivered within 1-2 business days after processing
•Order processing typically takes 1 business day
•You’ll receive tracking updates via SMS or WhatsApp

1.Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after your purchase
2.Processing Confirmation: Sent when your order is being prepared
3.Dispatch Notification: Sent when your order leaves our facility with estimated delivery window
4.Delivery Confirmation: Sent after successful delivery
Delivery Verification
•All deliveries require signature confirmation unless contactless delivery is selected
•Please inspect your items upon delivery
•Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt

While we can’t guarantee specific delivery times, you can request morning (9am-1pm) or afternoon (1pm-6pm) delivery, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Do you deliver to apartments or office buildings?
Yes, we deliver to all residential and commercial addresses within our service area. Please provide any access codes or special instructions during checkout.
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
In the rare event of a delay, we’ll contact you proactively with updated delivery information.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes can be accommodated if requested before your order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your delivery information.
Do you offer express delivery?
We currently don’t offer express delivery, but our standard delivery times are typically faster than most online retailers.
